Job Title: Fullstack Developer
Experience: 5 - 7 years
Location: Greater Noida
Overview -
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect - Full Stack Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web applications. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Angular, .NET, and SQL Server, coupled with the ability to work across modern JavaScript based frameworks e.g. React, Node.js and emerging technologies.
The role requires a blend of hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, project execution, team management, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful delivery of business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Drive solution design, code reviews, engineering best practices, and technology adoption.
Manage project delivery, sprint planning, estimations, risks, and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions.
Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, security, and compliance standards.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in:
Angular
.NET Core / ASP.NET
C#
SQL Server
Experience in designing and developing:
REST APIs
Microservices-based applications
Enterprise-scale web applications
Strong understanding of:
JavaScript / TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3
Design Patterns and Application Architecture
Ability to work across multiple JavaScript stacks including React, Node.js or equivalent technologies.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
AI-Enabled Engineering Experience (Must Have)
Hands-on experience on tools for AI-assisted or Agentic development such as:
GitHub Copilot
Cursor AI
Claude or similar AI coding assistants
Proven ability to leverage AI tools for:
Code generation and optimization
Automated unit test creation
Debugging and troubleshooting
Code reviews and refactoring
Technical documentation generation
Productivity acceleration across the SDLC
Exposure to AI-driven engineering practices, prompt engineering, and integration of GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications is highly desirable.
