One of our early-stage AI portfolio building in the consumer-facing MedTech space is looking for a Financial Controller to join the business and help the Founder scale the finance function.
Responsibilities
Own and execute all financial operations for multiple entities across the US and India
Oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements for both regions
Develop and maintain financial models to support the company's strategic planning
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
Oversee the company's internal controls, cash management and audit processes
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
Support fundraising efforts
Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field
Prior experience managing US entites is a must
Building the finance function from 0-1 for a scaling AI company excites you
You understand budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting like the back of your hand
Past experience working in B2C SaaS or MedTech is an advantage
