ESR- Electrical Maintenance

Supervise routine maintenance and repairs of electrical systems and components to ensure optimal performance.
•Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
•Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation and automation failures promptly to minimize downtime.
•Maintain, support and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA and other automation systems for all critical equipment.
•Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
•Plan, control and optimize inventory of critical electrical spares and consumables.
•Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for technical support, system upgrades, spares and service contracts.
•Maintain documentation for shifts, audits, maintenance schedules and compliance with statutory requirements.
•Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve efficiency and equipment reliability.
•Lead, mentor and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
•Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure proficiency with electrical systems and adherence to safety protocols.
•Drive improvements in electrical systems and components to enhance performance and reliability.
•Identify cost-effective solutions for electrical systems without compromising performance or safety.
