Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and administer SAP systems and landscapes.
Perform SAP BASIS administration, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
Manage SAP system upgrades, patches, kernel upgrades, and support packages.
Monitor system availability, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system stability.
Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) administration, configuration, and connectivity with SAP source systems.
Configure and troubleshoot connectivity between SAP Analytics Cloud and relevant SAP data sources.
Work with SAP HANA and other SAP components as required by the landscape.
Manage user administration, authorizations, background jobs, transport management, and system refreshes.
Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Coordinate with functional, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
Maintain technical documentation and follow established change-management procedures.
Support system maintenance activities and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Required Technical Skills
SAP BASIS: System administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Administration, connectivity, and integration support.
SAP HANA: Basic to advanced administration and performance monitoring, depending on the landscape.
SAP System Management: Transport management, user administration, background jobs, and system refreshes.
SAP Upgrades and Maintenance: Kernel upgrades, patching, and support package implementation.
Performance Optimization: SAP system health checks, performance analysis, and issue resolution.
Connectivity and Integration: Understanding of SAP system connectivity with SAC and relevant data sources.
Incident and Change Management: Experience handling production issues and technical changes.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant SAP BASIS experience.
Practical experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Experience supporting SAP production environments and resolving critical technical issues.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
