Agile Delivery Lead - Assistant Vice President

Technical Scrum Master – Infrastructure & Platform Engineering
We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across infrastructure engineering teams responsible for compute platforms, automation, server image engineering and automated provisioning.
This is not a traditional facilitation-only Scrum Master role. You will work closely with engineers, architects and Product Owners to drive delivery, remove blockers, manage technical dependencies and turn complex infrastructure initiatives into clear, achievable outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead Agile delivery across compute, automation and server provisioning teams.
Facilitate planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Identify and resolve cross-team technical dependencies and blockers.
Support delivery of Infrastructure as Code, automation pipelines and API-driven provisioning.
Coordinate server image lifecycle activities including build, testing, hardening, release and provisioning.
Provide clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies and technical debt.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of relevant Technical Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience, with strong infrastructure and platform engineering knowledge, including compute, virtualisation, Windows/Linux, server provisioning and automation.
Familiarity with technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
Ability to understand technical discussions, challenge ambiguity and drive engineering teams towards measurable outcomes.
Experience working across multiple engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Ability to challenge existing ways of working and leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency and team effectiveness.

Candidates whose experience is primarily application/software Scrum delivery, without meaningful infrastructure or platform engineering exposure, are unlikely to be suitable for this role.
