Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Chengalpattu. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, present weighing solutions to prospective and existing customers, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution design. The role also involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, maintaining strong customer relationships, and keeping detailed records of activities in CRM or other reporting tools. The Sales Engineer is expected to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) preferred.
Experience in weighing systems, industrial automation, or related technical products is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Chengalpattu, travel to customer locations as needed, and hold a valid driver’s license if required.
Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
