Associate – HR Operations | Tech Mahindra BPS.
We are looking for an Associate – HR Operations to join our recruitment team on a Fixed Term Contract. The role will support global vendor management and payment activities, etc.
🔹 Eligibility & Skills
* Minimum 6 months to 1+ years of experience in MIS/WFM/HR Operations or in Account Payable -P2P preferable.
* Excellent and mandatory working knowledge of MS Excel with advanced formulas & MS Outlook.
* Exposure to MIS processes, HRMIS, Procurements, Vendor Managements and invoice payments and processing, data management will be preferred.
* Good communication and coordination skills is must.
📍 Location: Sharda Centre or Yerwada, Pune
💼 Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
⏱️ Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred.
