We leverage bleeding-edge AI video tools to produce high-impact content at speed — from social-first explainers to animated course modules — all while maintaining brand integrity and creative excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead concept-to-delivery of AI-powered video content — ideate, storyboard, edit, and optimize using tools like Pika, Runway, Synthesia, or HeyGen.
Translate complex educational or marketing narratives into visually compelling, short-form video assets for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Collaborate with content strategists and copywriters to align visuals with messaging, tone, and platform-specific best practices.
Develop and maintain a scalable visual system for AI-generated video — templates, motion styles, color grading, and branding cues.
Experiment with new AI video tools and workflows to improve speed, quality, and engagement metrics (CTR, completion rate, shares).
Conduct A/B tests on video variants and iterate based on performance analytics to drive continuous creative optimization.
