We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer II to design, build, and deploy custom AI solutions directly in partnership with our enterprise customers. If you thrive at the intersection of production software engineering, AI, and client-facing problem solving, we want to hear from you.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, technical requirements, and business objectives.
Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end technical solutions for customer use cases.
Integrate the platform with third-party APIs, customer systems, and external services.
Configure and optimize AI-powered workflows, agents, prompts, and automations.
Debug production issues and proactively identify potential failure modes.
Own implementations from initial requirements through deployment, testing, and iteration.
Analyze customer and product data to identify opportunities for improving performance and outcomes.
Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and other stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues.
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
2–5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or a closely related technical role.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another modern programming language.
Experience building, testing, and deploying production-grade software end-to-end.
Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, external services, webhooks, or other systems.
Comfortable working with Git, CLI-based development workflows, debugging, testing, and deployment tools.
Experience working directly with customers, clients, internal stakeholders, or customer-facing technical teams.
