🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Design, build, and maintain core backend systems using Go.
Develop reliable, scalable services that power AI-driven enterprise workflows and integrations.
Build and improve agent pipelines that automate complex enterprise processes.
Integrate with external enterprise systems, APIs, and business applications.
Improve system performance, observability, reliability, and production readiness.
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across backend services and infrastructure.
Collaborate with the engineering team to establish sound architecture, code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables, from solution design to deployment and ongoing improvements.
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production-grade software.
Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience developing reliable backend services.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, networking, and core computer science fundamentals.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
Experience building and operating production systems with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and observability.
Familiarity with AI technologies and a willingness to adopt AI-native software development practices.
