Senior Living Advisor

Support seniors and their families in exploring private senior residences and home care options.
Provide personalized support based on attentive listening, understanding of needs, and trust.
Facilitate transitions to a new living environment with professionalism and empathy.
Develop lasting relationships with partners (healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local stakeholders).
Ensure diligent follow-up and maintain organized case and file management.
Ability to support and guide vulnerable individuals in collaboration with their families or support network
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, consultative sales, or business development
Self-reliance, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Valid driver’s license and a vehicle
Experience in the healthcare field or working with a senior population is considered an asset
