What does a Functional Specialist Lead do at PALO IT?
As a Functional Specialist Lead, you will:
- Manage and control the annual investment budget for IT projects and maintenance, ensuring deviations are detected and reported promptly.
- Administer and track supplier contracts related to IT projects, facilitating internal and external communications to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Oversee the financial management of projects through institutional tools like ADMIN and JDE.
- Produce monthly reports on contracts, billing, and budget usage to evaluate progress and make informed decisions.
What experience do you need for this role?
You’re a strong fit for the Functional Specialist Lead role if you have:
Required:
- A degree in Accounting or General Administration with at least 3 years of experience in budget preparation, billing processes, and contract management.
- Proficiency in using the JDE platform.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with financial project management applications.
- Advanced certifications in tax laws (ISR and IVA) and decision-making costs.
