Hardware Engineer

需求与方案设计 对接系统、客户、软件团队，拆解 ADAS / 座舱域控硬件需求，完成硬件架构评估、电源架构设计、核心器件选型、成本评估、竞品方案分析。
原理图与 PCB 设计评审 独立完成原理图设计；指导、评审 PCB Layout，规划叠层、阻抗、电源分割；重点保障 DDR、PCIe、车载以太网、GMSL、MIPI等高速接口 SI/PI 仿真与落地；评估板级可靠性 BLR、热设计、可制造性 DFM。
硬件调试与验证 单板 Bring-up、上电时序、电源轨、时钟、高速信号测试；制定硬件测试规范，支持硬件功能、环境可靠性（温循、振动、HALT）、EMC/EMI 测试；定位死机、复位、DDR 稳定性、静电、高低温失效等问题，输出整改方案。
Master’s degree in electronics or automation relevant fields
Experience in independently responsible for hardware project development
Proficient in basic knowledge such as digital circuits, analog circuits, and circuit analysis
Hands-on experience with Qualcomm SOC design is preferred
Good English speaking and writing
