Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, arranging interviews, coordinating candidate information and maintaining our talent pool
Coordinate the full new starter process, including contracts, pre-employment checks, onboarding documentation and inductions
Manage leaver administration, including preparing letters, coordinating exit interviews and updating employee records
Provide payroll administration support, ensuring employee changes are accurate and submitted within deadlines
Support the administration of our pension scheme, including enrolments, contribution changes and liaison with providers
Administer employee benefits, supporting enrolments, changes and employee queries
Prepare HR documentation, including letters, contracts, contract amendments and employee communications
Monitor and respond to People & Culture and Careers inbox queries, escalating where appropriate
Support the maintenance of HR policies, procedures and document version control
Contribute to People & Culture projects and initiatives, including recruitment events, careers page updates, job description reviews and process improvements
Work closely with the People & Culture Business Partner to support the wider team and deliver an effective HR service
What we’re looking for:

CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, with potential study support available for further CIPD development
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities, work to deadlines and see tasks through to completion
Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to dealing with employees, candidates and external providers
A proactive and flexible approach, with the confidence to take ownership and identify opportunities to improve processes
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the wider business
A commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information appropriately
A genuine interest in developing broader People & Culture knowledge and progressing your HR career
