As you develop your skills, you'll have opportunities to gain exposure to Project Management and experience how projects are executed from award through completion.
Our goal is to develop the next generation of construction professionals. High-performing interns may have the opportunity to continue their career at MUZA in a full-time Estimating or Project Management role following graduation.

Help coordinate project schedules, materials, and resources.
Participate in project meetings and jobsite visits.
Learn how project managers communicate with customers, suppliers, and field teams.
Assist with tracking project progress and resolving day-to-day project needs.

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and ask questions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is a plus.
Why MUZA?
At MUZA, interns aren't just observers, they're part of the team. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, visit active construction projects, and gain exposure to both the preconstruction and project execution sides of the business. Our goal is to give you meaningful experience, help you build practical skills, and prepare you for a successful career in construction.
