You will:
Interact with passengers daily and provide helpful support

What You’ll Do
Assist passengers with luggage during arrival and departure
Help organize, tag, and distribute luggage based on destination
Support vessel arrivals and departures by assisting dock operations
Guide passengers safely during boarding and disembarking
Provide general information to customers regarding schedules and services
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work environment
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
High School Diploma
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
Experience
Previous experience in transportation, hospitality, or customer service is an asset, but not required
Knowledge & Skills
Friendly and professional approach when assisting passengers
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy periods
Comfortable handling luggage and performing active, hands-on tasks
Ability to respond quickly to customer needs and operational demands
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Active role within both terminal and dockside settings
Combination of indoor and outdoor work
Involves movement, coordination, and teamwork throughout the shift
