Claio.ai is an AI company specialized in tools for dental clinics: AI Scribe, AI receptionist, SMS outreach, digital forms, analytics and more. We're part of the Manos portfolio (a Valsoft division), which includes Dentitek, MacPractice and XLDent, some of the most established dental software brands in North America. We're a small, fast-moving team with real traction and big ambitions, and we're growing our sales team to expand our coverage in Western Canada.
What you'll do
Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying and closing opportunities across British Columbia and Alberta
Own the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery through demos, proposals and closing
Develop and refine outbound sales playbooks, messaging and cadences
Build relationships with clinicians, clinic administrators and dental assistants to understand their challenges and position Claio as the solution
Visit clinics in your territory to build relationships and run demos
Collaborate with product and marketing on messaging, positioning and customer feedback
Report on sales metrics, pipeline and key learnings to leadership
Help shape Claio's sales culture and mentor future hires as the team expands
Requirements
Proven sales experience in the dental industry (dental software, equipment, supplies or services)
A track record of owning a full sales cycle and meeting targets
Comfort with outbound prospecting and building a territory
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
Must reside in British Columbia or Alberta
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within your territory
