Sr. Third party Management Manager/Sr. Associate Director, Delivery Management

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Delivery Management
Support end-to-end third-party relationship management in line with HSBC’s third-party management framework
Maintain accurate records for suppliers, services, contracts, risk assessments, controls and key contacts
Coordinate supplier governance meetings, including agendas, meeting packs, minutes, action logs and follow-up
Monitor supplier obligations, service commitments, KPIs and agreed remediation plans
Prepare management information and reporting on supplier performance, risks, issues and outstanding actions
Track and help close L3 incidents, problems and remediation actions within agreed timelines
Support third-party risk assessments, due diligence, control reviews and periodic assurance activities
Escalate material service, risk, control or compliance concerns through appropriate governance channels
What we're looking for
Bring proven experience in third-party management, vendor management, service management, technology operations, operational risk or a related discipline
Demonstrate experience supporting complex incidents, problems or service issues at L3 level or equivalent escalation
Show experience working with technology or operational suppliers in a regulated, highly controlled or large-scale organisation
Apply established knowledge of supplier governance, performance reporting, risk management and control assurance
Use strong understanding of third-party and supplier-management principles alongside incident, problem, change and service-management practices
Produce clear reporting, management information and governance materials with strong evidence-management discipline
Partner effectively with multiple stakeholders to coordinate resolution and sustain outcomes
Hold ITIL, CIPS, CISA, CRISC or equivalent certification, or bring equivalent demonstrable experience in service management, risk, audit, procurement, technology or third-party management
