Alldus is hiring a Staff Front End Engineer to help build and expand a fast-growing crypto trading platform. The company is developing mobile and web experiences that bring together trading, market discovery, and social features. Its products are designed to help users engage with digital asset markets through intuitive tools and accessible information. About The Role
As Staff Front End Engineer, you will lead frontend development across the company’s mobile application and React-based web platform. You will own complex projects from early technical planning through implementation, release, and production follow-up. Your work will shape how customers trade, explore markets, and discover activity from other users. You will collaborate closely with engineers and contribute to technical decisions that support a maintainable, reliable, and adaptable product experience. The role is suited to an experienced engineer who combines strong hands-on development skills with the judgment to guide projects and raise the quality of the broader engineering effort.
Qualifications
At least six years of software engineering experience, with a record of technical ownership and leadership at Staff level or above.
Strong expertise in React and modern frontend development practices.
Demonstrated ability to plan complex technical work independently and deliver dependable production applications.
Experience building for both mobile and web platforms, preferably in a small or growing engineering team.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product work.
Experience with crypto products, particularly within Solana or EVM ecosystems, is an advantage.
Full-stack experience, including backend development with TypeScript, is beneficial.
Familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic workflows is desirable, as is personal experience trading crypto.
Responsibilities
Lead development of the mobile application and React-based web platform, maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience.
Design and build interfaces for trading, social discovery, and market exploration.
Deliver new trading experiences across order types and asset classes, including perpetuals and prediction markets.
Develop social features that help users discover traders and follow market activity.
Own complex frontend initiatives from technical planning and implementation through testing, deployment, and production readiness.
Guide technical decisions and establish patterns that keep applications maintainable, reliable, and straightforward to extend.
Partner with fellow engineers and contribute to TypeScript backend services when needed to support end-to-end delivery.
Explore and incorporate AI coding tools and agentic workflows where they can improve development effectiveness and quality.
