Maintenance Tech I

Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
Performs general maintenance tasks.
Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
Ensures community safety and regulatory compliance
Works with maintenance vendors to schedule and maintain service schedules.
Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting.
Assists with transport/ resident appointments as needed
Prefer 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting.
Must obtain Direct Care Staff Training Certification (company will provide directives) within 30 days of hire.
