Role & Responsibilities
Identify, cold-call, and engage potential clients across industries to generate new business leads.
Conduct market research to understand client hiring needs and tailor pitch strategies accordingly.
Present staffing solutions and service offerings to decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and follow-up processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to track candidate placements and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet monthly sales targets and deliver progress reports to management.
