Title: Virtual Clinical Therapist

Requirements and Schedule:
Licensure: Must be independently licensed as a therapist in the state of Massachusetts. Highly preferred 3 years post independent licensure experience. Seeking experience in IOP/PHP settings.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p EST, Monday-Friday 12p-8:30p EST
Role Summary:
Virtual Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will use telehealth to facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians.
Role Responsibilities/Competencies:
Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to create a cohesive case conceptualization.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive and continuity of care.
