Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events.
Handle client enquiries, venue visits, proposals, negotiations, and booking closures.
Build relationships with clients, hotels, venues, and event planners.
Achieve sales targets and coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution.
Requirements
Mandatory experience in hotel banquet sales or hospitality event sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and sales coordination skills.
