Shift Available: Thursday and Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Conduct roving patrols to identify unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for incidents and emergencies.
Monitor property and address rule infractions.
Observe and assess site activity while maintaining accurate reports.
Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations.
Prepare clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports.
Enforce site policies, procedures, regulations, and security standards.
Required Qualifications of Security Officers:
At least 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required!
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with report writing
Monitoring and surveillance experience
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:
Bi-lingual considered a plus.
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
Experience working in Class A or high rise environment is a preferred.
