Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Engineer to build and automate AI-powered content, social listening, engagement, and distribution systems. This is an engineering-first role combining software development, LLM applications, content automation, and brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain end-to-end AI content automation pipelines.
Monitor Reddit, LinkedIn, X, and founder communities to identify relevant hiring conversations.
Use LLM agents to classify, draft, repurpose, and distribute content across multiple channels.
Automate social engagement workflows with human review and platform compliance.
Own product positioning, brand messaging, and founder voice consistency.
Develop content for newsletters, webinars, sales materials, landing pages, and SEO articles.
Track content performance, engagement, registrations, and demo requests.
Required Qualifications
3–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience building content, growth, or marketing automation systems.
Strong Python or TypeScript skills, including REST APIs, webhooks, scraping, and data pipelines.
Experience with production LLM applications, prompt design, agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI, retrieval, evaluation, and cost control.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, Airflow, or Temporal, and cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or similar.
Experience integrating social platform APIs, CMS, email, and scheduling tools.
Strong writing judgment and familiarity with Reddit, LinkedIn, and X culture.
Ability to take direction and challenge ideas with evidence.
Nice to Have
A GitHub profile or demo of a content or growth automation system.
Experience with B2B SaaS positioning and messaging.
Writing experience related to hiring, recruiting, or AI agents.
Familiarity with Canva or Figma, Descript or CapCut, and Webflow or WordPress.
