About the Company
The manufacturer has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Supply Chain Operations Manager who can keep raw-material flow synchronised across plants in different states. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will coordinate procurement and production planning across plant sites to keep the line running without material shortfalls.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
Own demand and supply planning cycles across procurement, production, and distribution
Track inventory health and resolve stock-out or overstock risks before they hit the business
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to hit lead-time and cost targets
Process & Reporting
Build the reporting cadence that gives leadership visibility into supply chain KPIs
Lead root-cause reviews on delivery misses and drive corrective actions
Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain function
Ideal Candidate Profile
6 to 10 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles with clear ownership of planning cycles
Comfortable working with ERP and planning systems for inventory and demand data
Track record of managing supplier or logistics-partner relationships
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
A certification such as APICS/CSCP or equivalent supply chain training
Experience in a multi-site or multi-country supply chain
