About The Company
Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) creates Grand Vacations by Sharing Smiles with every Owner, Guest, and coworker. The company is committed to positive experiences, respectful relationships, personal responsibility, and anticipating the needs of others. Its collaborative, values-driven environment brings together teams focused on serving Owners and Guests while supporting the local community and sustainability initiatives.
About The Role
Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Marketing Business Systems Analyst to help shape and optimize the technology behind its marketing and customer experiences. In this role, you will guide the selection, implementation, integration, and improvement of marketing systems that support the customer journey—from initial data capture through purchase, owner upsell, and referral.
You will serve as a subject matter expert across a connected marketing technology ecosystem that includes Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, WordPress, Tableau, and vendor platforms. Working with Marketing, Sales, CRM Marketing, Operations, IT, Compliance, and external partners, you will translate business needs into practical technical requirements, workflows, and solutions. This position is hybrid and requires Colorado residency, with work at the Breckenridge office once a week and as needed for meetings or events.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, technology, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience in digital, marketing technology, business systems, or technology management, is required. Candidates should have hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including objects, fields, validation rules, Flow automation, reports, dashboards, and user access concepts. Working knowledge of SQL and strong Excel skills are needed to investigate, validate, and reconcile data.
You should be experienced in gathering requirements, documenting workflows and acceptance criteria, troubleshooting integrations, and conducting user acceptance and system testing. Familiarity with APIs, authentication, scheduled file exchanges, field mappings, and synchronization troubleshooting is important. The successful candidate can assess downstream impacts, communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences, manage competing priorities, and independently advance work in a shared delivery environment.
Preferred experience includes Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Connect, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and audience segmentation. Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript tags, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM standards, web forms, booking engines, accessibility, and privacy practices is an asset. Relevant Salesforce certifications are also desirable. Applicants must be comfortable working in a pet-friendly office and performing the physical activities associated with computer-based office work, including occasionally moving materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, maintain, and optimize marketing applications, integrations, data flows, and automation supporting campaigns, tour generation, and the customer lifecycle. Lead technology initiatives and manage roadmaps, priorities, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness. Partner with business teams and vendors to define requirements, use cases, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria, and support targeted campaigns through customer data, tracking, preferences, testing, and automation.
Monitor APIs, vendor connectors, scheduled jobs, data synchronization, and lead handoffs; investigate failures and coordinate resolution. Support data quality, governance, security, consent, access controls, and compliance with applicable communication requirements. Plan and execute implementation, regression, release, and production-readiness testing. Monitor system performance, usage, storage, messaging, deliverability, and API consumption. Maintain documentation and procedures, coordinate change control and vendor escalations, train users, and use approved AI and automation tools in accordance with company policies.
Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position with a stated compensation range of $78,000–$95,680, based on experience. The hybrid arrangement combines remote work with regular collaboration at the Breckenridge office. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful technology improvements in a collaborative, hospitality-focused organization.
Equal Opportunity
Breckenridge Grand Vacations is committed to a respectful and inclusive workplace. The company encourages qualified applicants to apply and considers candidates based on their relevant skills, experience, and ability to perform the role’s responsibilities.
