🔹 Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Provide technical support to US customers via Voice, Chat & Email.
Troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
Provide technical support for desktops and laptops.
Perform basic server troubleshooting.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
