You will join a high-performing engineering and operations team dedicated to delivering mission-critical reliability, operational excellence, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead Project Delivery and Financial Governance: Direct the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of complex mechanical and electrical projects, managing project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver data center infrastructure within established financial and operational targets.
Drive Stakeholder and Partner Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with internal engineering teams, facility operations, general contractors, and external vendors to negotiate contracts, coordinate equipment procurement, and proactively resolve project risks while minimizing facility disruptions.
Maintain Quality, Compliance, and Operational Standards: Conduct thorough technical design reviews and on-site quality inspections to ensure all installations strictly adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and data center operational best practices.

Execution and Analytical Capabilities: Demonstrated ability in project budget tracking, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and project scheduling using tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Oracle Primavera P6.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical hands-on experience in technical facility project management.
