Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration with software solutions.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on complex issues.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and code quality assurance.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software products.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
