ServiceNow Platform Architect

Job Summary
Cognizant is looking for a Head ServiceNow Practice to lead and scale our global ServiceNow advisory solutions presales and business development organization. This executive leadership role will define the strategic vision for the ServiceNow platform drive innovation and market differentiation and partner with C suite stakeholders to deliver transformational business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep ServiceNow expertise.
Responsibilities
Serve as the senior executive responsible for shaping scaling and governing global client advisory solutions presales and business development functions for the ServiceNow business.
Own and evolve the global ServiceNow platform strategy aligned with business objectives market trends and customer needs.
Define and execute a multi year roadmap for platform innovation capability expansion and cross portfolio integration.
Establish governance for platform architecture solution standards reusable assets and best practices.
Lead executive level advisory engagements focused on digital transformation workflow automation and enterprise service management.
Act as executive sponsor for strategic client accounts driving platform adoption modernization and value realization initiatives.
Build and grow a global advisory community while strengthening thought leadership capabilities.
Architect differentiated industry focused ServiceNow solutions accelerators packaged offerings and reference architectures.
Drive intellectual property development to improve delivery quality solution differentiation and pursuit win rates.
Collaborate with product engineering teams and strategic alliances to co innovate with ServiceNow.
Lead the global presales organization including solution consultants architects and bid management teams.
Oversee deal shaping solution assurance executive reviews and large strategic pursuits.
Enhance presales effectiveness through automation standardized processes and repeatable playbooks.
Drive pipeline growth account expansion and acquisition of new business opportunities globally.
Partner with regional sales leadership to define go to market strategies and achieve revenue objectives.
Strengthen the strategic alliance with ServiceNow through co sell activities and joint marketing initiatives.
Represent Cognizant at industry conferences analyst briefings client events and executive forums.
Publish and promote thought leadership on platform strategy workflow transformation and emerging technologies.
Establish and track KPIs across advisory presales and solutions organizations to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure consistency in solutioning pricing strategies and delivery handoff processes across global teams.
Optimize resource utilization talent development competency building and organizational effectiveness globally.
Demonstrate Cognizant leadership principles through personal organizational and business leadership.
Certifications Required
Experience developing industry specific ServiceNow solutions accelerators packaged offerings and reusable frameworks.
Experience partnering with ServiceNow product engineering and alliance teams
