Requirements
Provide production support for enterprise applications and platforms.
Monitor application health, logs, alerts, and system performance.
Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Work with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud teams to resolve issues.
Manage incidents, problems, and service requests within defined SLAs.
Perform deployment validation and post-release production monitoring.
Prepare incident reports, RCA, and preventive action plans.
Participate in on-call and weekend support as required.
Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of recurring incidents.
Primary Skills – Automation (Selenium with Java), Jmeter, Microservices, Java, Linux, Sql, shell script, splunk log analysis, Postman testing
Good to have – GCP, Jexl, Monitoring Skills and tools, Production Issue Handling.
Nice to have: Snowflake, Grafana
Experience: 4–6 years
