We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with CSSA and CPDC certifications to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and a strong understanding of Pega best practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the development and optimization of Pega applications while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Pega applications in accordance with business requirements.
Utilize Customer Decision Hub (CDH) capabilities to enhance customer engagement and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
Participate in the development of Pega COE standards and guidelines.
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
Mandatory Skills:
CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification.
CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) certification.
Proven hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
Strong understanding of Pega COE practices and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Pega 8.x and its features.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in Pega.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Pega development with a focus on COE roles.
