Job Locations - Hyderabad
Experience - 9 - 13 years
Description -
Certified as a Lead System Architect (CLSA-1) in Pega version 7.x or 8.x, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the role.
Must have worked on Pega 8.x versions, with strong experience in Pega development and recent work focused on development activities rather than production support.
Must have experience in designing applications from scratch, including situational layer cake, enterprise class structure, organization structure mapping, and data modeling best practices.
Must have experience with Pega API, integrations, JavaScript API, listeners, and email channel.
Must have knowledge of object-oriented development concepts, SSO, authentication, RBAC, ABAC, CBAC, and familiarity with Infinity 2024 features.
Must have knowledge of DBMS queries; upgrade experience is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills for requirement gathering, design thinking sessions, and conducting DCO sessions. Ability to lead development teams technically and ensure implementation of Pega best practices.
Responsible for design, implementation, and delivery of user stories in compliance with Pega best practices.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to application quality standards.
