Pega Developer

Note: Role is open for PAN India and candidates can work from any Genpact location
Key Responsibilities:
Define Pega application architecture, solution design patterns, and technical standards.
Design scalable, secure, high-performance Pega solutions aligned with business and
enterprise architecture requirements.
Lead the design and governance of case management, workflows, integrations, and
data models.
Design and implement cloud-native and multi-tenant Pega architectures.
Ensure adherence to Pega architecture principles, development standards, and best
practices.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design reviews for development teams.
Lead performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical governance activities.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, enterprise architects, and
stakeholders.
Define and oversee data migration strategies for AWS-based Pega applications.
Skills & Experience:
Senior level IT experience with experience in Pega architecture and solution design.
Expertise in Pega Platform, Case Management, Workflow Automation, and Decisioning.
Experience with Pega Cloud, AWS, and Multi-Tenant Architecture.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration frameworks, and SQL.
Strong technical leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification preferred.
Experience in Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) is an advantage.
Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation and migration programs preferred.
