As Senior Product Manager Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for forward-looking energy solutions and the strategic development of our portfolio. You will connect market needs, customer value, technology, and commercial viability, working with your stakeholders to take new solutions from idea to implementation. In doing so, you will demonstrate ownership, clarity, and a strong focus on execution in line with the Jellow Way.
Set things in motion.
You will develop and own the product and solution strategy for your portfolio, with a particular focus on new products adjacent to established business models.
You will translate the Corporate Strategy and the Energy Solutions Portfolio Strategy into concrete areas for action, a prioritised roadmap, and robust business cases.
You will identify and evaluate opportunities to expand the portfolio, including new products, digital services, partnerships, and business models. You will remain open to new perspectives and involve relevant functions at an early stage.
Together with regional teams, you will monitor energy markets worldwide, relevant market mechanisms, and regulatory developments, deriving opportunities, risks, and concrete requirements for our portfolio.
You will validate market potential and customer needs together with Sales, Service, and international market organisations. Sustainable value for our customers will be the starting point for your decisions.
You will be responsible for implementing new solutions, from market and customer validation through development to market launch and scaling.
You will work collaboratively with Development, Sales, Service, Operations, and other international stakeholders, while building strong internal and external networks.
Use your skills.
You have successfully completed a degree in engineering with a business focus, or a business degree combined with strong technical understanding. A comparable qualification is equally welcome.
You have at least five years of relevant professional experience in product management, business development, or a comparable market-facing role.
You have developed and managed your own product roadmaps and have solid experience in business case development, portfolio management, and go-to-market concepts.
You bring demonstrable experience in the energy market and understand the relevant regulatory framework.
Experience with energy management systems, digital energy products, or integrated energy solutions is an advantage.
You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic and structured way of working. You set ambitious goals without losing sight of feasibility, commercial viability, and reliable execution.
You can communicate complex topics clearly, create transparency around opportunities and trade-offs, and make well-reasoned decisions even under uncertainty.
You enjoy working across functions, locations, cultures, and national boundaries, and see different perspectives as a contribution to better solutions.
