We are looking for a Software QA Engineer with a strong system-level mindset. You will focus on end-to-end testing of our software together with robots, hardware, and connected systems, ensuring that the complete solution performs reliably before it reaches our customers.
Set things in motion.
You design, implement, and execute end-to-end system tests involving software, robots, hardware, and system interfaces.
You ensure that releases meet our quality standards for functionality, reliability, performance, and stability at system level.
You define realistic test scenarios based on intralogistics processes and customer use cases.
You analyze and troubleshoot complex issues across software, robots, hardware, networks, and interfaces.
You automate system and integration tests and continuously improve our QA framework and test environments.
You work closely with software developers, and other engineering teams to identify quality risks and improve our testing and release processes.
You communicate test results, release readiness, and quality risks clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Use your skills.
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, software engineering, robotics, automation, mechatronics, or similar.
You have 2+ years of experience in software QA or system testing, ideally in robotics, automation, intralogistics, automotive, or other complex systems.
You have experience with integration, system, and end-to-end testing involving software and hardware.
You have experience with test automation and good knowledge of Python and/or another scripting language.
You understand Linux, networks, APIs, and software interfaces and can troubleshoot issues across system components.
You have experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated test environments.
You are proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership of complex testing topics.
You care deeply about quality and enjoy understanding how complete systems behave in real-world environments.
You are fluent in English.
Nice to have:
Experience testing autonomous mobile robots or intralogistics systems.
Experience working with IO-Systems like Turck, Siemens, OPCUA.
Experience with system simulation and virtual test environments.
Experience with performance, load, or long-running stability testing.
ISTQB software testing certification.
