Role purpose To own the operational delivery of the reward and benefits calendar — annual cycle administration, benefits renewal and claims, share plan support and executive compensation packs — with the accuracy and confidentiality the subject matter demands.

Must-have skills and experience • 10-12 years in compensation and benefits administration or reward operations, including 2+ years leading a team. • Hands-on delivery of an annual increment and bonus cycle in a large organisation. • Strong benefits administration experience including enrolment, claims and insurer or broker liaison. • Advanced Excel — modelling, reconciliation, large data sets — and strong numerical accuracy. • Working knowledge of Workday compensation and benefits modules. • Demonstrated handling of highly confidential compensation data. • Familiarity with Singapore HR and Compensation policies
Good-to-have skills and experience • Share plan, equity or long-term incentive administration. • Executive compensation and remuneration committee support. • Statutory benefit reporting experience (MOM, WICA or equivalent). • Workday Advanced Compensation configuration. • Experience supporting reward audits or remuneration disclosures.
