Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Consultant - Learning & Development to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and teams across the organization to design, develop, and deliver innovative learning solutions that drive employee engagement, capability building, and organizational success. You will be responsible for analyzing training needs, creating impactful learning programs, and measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments and analysis to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across the organizationDesign and develop customized learning programs, curricula, and instructional materials that align with organizational goals and adult learning principlesDeliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching to diverse employee populations across various levels and departmentsEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and continuous improvementCollaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand organizational challenges and translate them into targeted learning solutionsManage and optimize learning management systems (LMS) and other training platforms to enhance accessibility and user experienceCreate and curate digital and e-learning content to support flexible and scalable learning deliverySupport organizational change initiatives by developing change management training and communication strategiesStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and developmentMentor and coach employees to support their professional growth and career developmentMaintain detailed documentation and reporting on training programs, participation, and outcomes
Qualifications
3-5+ years of professional experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development rolesDemonstrated expertise in instructional design and curriculum developmentStrong proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training delivery platformsSolid understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologiesProven experience conducting training needs assessments and analyzing organizational learning requirementsExcellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesStrong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in creating and delivering both instructor-led and e-learning contentExperience with training evaluation frameworks and performance measurementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendationsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and at all organizational levelsPreferred experience in change management and organizational developmentPreferred knowledge of coaching and mentoring methodologiesPreferred experience with talent management and succession planning initiativesStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
