Educación: Ingeniería en Alimentos, QFB, Ingeniería Agroindustrial, Lic. en Nutrición o carrera afín (título obligatorio).
Experiencia: 2 a 3 años en control de calidad en Centros de Distribución (CEDIS), retail de alimentos o comedores industriales.
Conocimientos Regulatorios: NOM-251-SSA1-2009 (obligatoria), NOM-051-SCFI/SSA1-2010 (etiquetado), lineamientos de COFEPRIS y Codex Alimentarius.
Sistemas de Inocuidad: Diseño e implementación de planes HACCP, POES (Procedimientos Operativos Estándar de Sanitización) y BPM (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura).
FUNCIONES
Recepción y Evaluación del Alimento Rescatado
Inspección en entrada.
Muestreo de aceptación/rechazo
Supervisión de la línea de selección
Monitoreo de cadena de frío
Gestión de almacén seguro
Capacitación y Auditoría
Sueldo mensual bruto: $ 22,812.50
Prestaciones de ley
Lunes a viernes de 9:00am a 5:15pm sábados 8:30am a 1:00pm
