Role Overview
You will provide essential behavioral health counseling services, supporting patients, families, and the broader healthcare team. Your role is critical in fostering recovery, resilience, and overall well-being for those in need of behavioral health support.
Onsite 5 days/week 9am-530pm
Weekends are not required but offered
Start and end of day is flexible depending on population that they see but 1-2 evenings until 6 or 7 is preferred.
Compensation: 25.52-38.28/hr depending on experience (53k-79,600k)

What You Will Do
Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
Administer individual and group therapy sessions.
Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.
Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
Provide patients with information on community resources and therapeutic activities.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure active and coordinated care from treatment initiation to discharge.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in counseling, social work, or psychology.
One or more of the following licenses: Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Preferred Qualifications
BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
