H2 Health is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient clinic in Horse Cave, Kentucky!

Your Role
Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Educate patients and monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals.
Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality outpatient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for state licensure.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required.
