You will sit close to the founders and take ownership of the initiatives that do not fit neatly inside any one function. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.Role OverviewAs Strategy and Operations Manager, you will translate founder priorities into structured plans, run point on cross-functional initiatives, and build the operating rhythm a fast-scaling SaaS company needs to stay coordinated as headcount doubles.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & ExecutionPartner with founders and function leads to turn quarterly priorities into workstreams with clear owners and timelinesRun the company's planning cadence, from OKR setting to quarterly business reviewsLead special projects spanning product, go-to-market, and finance that fall outside any single team's remitIdentify where the operating model is breaking as the company scales and fix it before it becomes a bottleneckPerformance Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards tracking the metrics that matter to the founders and the boardPrepare board decks, investor updates, and leadership reporting packagesRun root-cause analysis when key metrics move and recommend corrective actionIdeal Candidate Profile5 to 10 years in strategy, business operations, or management consulting, with at least two in a high-growth SaaS or startup environmentDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authorityStrong analytical rigor and comfort operating with incomplete dataClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setupPreferred QualificationsMBA or prior experience at a top-tier consulting firmExposure to SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and CAC payback, and to board-level reportingExperience building processes from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-moving environmentWhat We OfferA founding strategy-and-operations seat reporting directly into the founding team of a scaling SaaS companyRemote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placementDirect visibility into board-level decision-making and investor reporting from your first quarterHiring ProcessHR Screening → Case Study → Founder Round → Culture FitThis role is one of several strategy and operations mandates Flexiple is hiring for right now, and a single application keeps you in the loop for the others that match your background.
