About The Department
The AI and Digital Platform team within Sales and Distribution develops AI-enabled, data, and workflow solutions that support business performance and operational efficiency. The team includes product managers, software engineers, data specialists, architects, delivery leads, and governance partners who work together in small, cross-functional teams. The environment is collaborative, evidence-driven, and focused on continuous improvement. Joining the team provides opportunities to influence modern digital products, strengthen agile delivery practices, and contribute to strategic business outcomes.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
You will maintain delivery transparency and commitment tracking.
You will identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks.
You will support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
You will monitor delivery metrics and team progress.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What will help you be successful in this role?
Experience, Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in Scrum, agile delivery, or project coordination.
Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or SAFe is preferred.
Experience supporting software, product, or technology delivery teams.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile delivery practices.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery management tools.
Ability to manage backlogs, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
Experience with AI-assisted productivity and reporting tools.
Understanding of risk management and continuous improvement practices.
Ability to analyze delivery trends and identify improvement opportunities.
Soft Skills
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Proactive approach to removing blockers and improving team performance.
