Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with delivery leadership, requiring ownership of complex implementations, technical mentoring, client engagement, and engineering excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a senior technical contributor who serves as the go-to AEM expert within the delivery team, partnering with architects, product owners, designers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences. The role requires strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, integrations, and modern web technologies. Experience integrating AEM with React Native applications is highly desirable.
Must-Have Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager development and delivery.
3+ years of experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
Strong experience delivering enterprise-grade AEM solutions in client-facing environments.
