Role Description The Python Developer will work full time on-site at the ZecData Technology office in Indore, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient Python code, implementing APIs, integrating databases, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust, scalable solutions. The Python Developer will participate in code reviews, debugging and troubleshooting issues, creating unit tests, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. The position also includes documenting technical work, supporting deployments, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills in Python and related frameworks.
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including SDLC understanding, version control (e.g., Git), and testing practices.
Candidates should possess Databases skills, including experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and query optimization.
Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments and basic shell scripting is beneficial.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site, communicate clearly, and adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
