CrowdStrike’s AI-native platform supports organizations across industries, processing nearly three trillion events each day. The company combines large-scale engineering with a customer-focused approach to address evolving security challenges. Its teams are encouraged to work with flexibility and autonomy, while adopting artificial intelligence responsibly to accelerate execution, develop expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems.
About The Role
CrowdStrike is seeking a Systems Engineer II to join its growing Production Services team. In this role, you will help engineer, operate, and maintain the systems and services that support CrowdStrike’s production environment. You will contribute to the reliability, availability, and performance of critical services, helping ensure they can meet the demands of a rapidly growing platform and customer base. Working with engineers and other teams, you will investigate operational issues, support service improvements, and help strengthen the systems that enable customers to rely on CrowdStrike’s products. This position suits a collaborative, practical problem-solver who is motivated to learn, take ownership, and make a meaningful contribution to production operations.
Qualifications
You bring professional experience in systems engineering, production operations, infrastructure, or a related technical field, along with a sound understanding of operating systems, networks, and distributed services. You can use scripting or programming to automate routine work, investigate issues, and improve operational processes. You are comfortable troubleshooting unfamiliar problems, interpreting system behavior, and communicating findings clearly to technical colleagues. A commitment to reliable, secure service delivery and an interest in learning new tools and technologies are important. You work effectively across teams, manage priorities thoughtfully, and approach incidents with composure and attention to detail. Experience supporting production environments at scale, using monitoring and observability tools, or working with cloud-based infrastructure is valuable.
Responsibilities
Support the engineering and maintenance of production systems and services, helping meet operational expectations for availability, performance, and reliability. Monitor system health, identify emerging concerns, and investigate incidents through to resolution or escalation. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other partner teams to diagnose complex issues, coordinate response activities, and communicate relevant updates. Help automate recurring tasks and improve operational workflows, documentation, and support practices. Contribute to reviews of system performance and reliability, identifying opportunities to reduce recurring issues and improve service resilience. Follow established security and change-management practices, and help ensure operational changes are carefully planned and communicated. Share knowledge with teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, responsible AI adoption, and customer-focused engineering.
Benefits
