About The Role
CrowdStrike is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing Production Systems Automation & Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software that helps automate and improve production systems and operational workflows. You will contribute across the application stack, building user-facing features as well as the backend services, integrations, and tools that support them.
You will work with engineers and cross-functional partners to understand operational needs and turn them into reliable, scalable solutions. The role offers the opportunity to solve practical engineering problems in a large-scale, security-focused environment. You will help improve the systems and processes that enable teams to work efficiently, respond to changing requirements, and deliver dependable services to customers.
Qualifications
You have professional experience building and supporting full stack software applications and are comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies. You can write clear, maintainable code, understand how to design and consume APIs, and apply sound software engineering principles throughout development. You are familiar with databases, automated testing, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
You bring a practical approach to troubleshooting and can investigate issues across application components. You communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical colleagues, ask thoughtful questions, and are willing to learn new tools and technologies. Experience with distributed systems, cloud environments, production automation, or security-related products is valuable. We also welcome candidates who use AI tools responsibly to accelerate learning, development, and problem-solving while applying sound judgment to the results.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, test, and maintain full stack applications and automation tools that support production systems. Develop accessible, intuitive user interfaces and dependable backend services, integrations, and APIs. Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and deliver solutions that address real operational needs.
Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, documentation, and testing practices. Monitor application performance and reliability, investigate defects, and help identify opportunities to simplify workflows or reduce repetitive work. Apply security and privacy considerations throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in planning and delivery activities, communicate progress and risks, and incorporate feedback to improve the quality and usability of team solutions. Support continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and contributing to a respectful, collaborative engineering culture.
Benefits
Join a mission-driven organization working to protect customers and help prevent breaches. CrowdStrike offers an environment built around flexibility, autonomy, collaboration, and opportunities to grow your skills. You will work with colleagues tackling meaningful technical challenges at scale and have opportunities to contribute to innovative products and practices.
