Operations Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the operations team at a technology company working in AI-powered recruiting. You will coordinate candidates and hiring managers from introductions through interviews, helping keep the hiring process organized and moving forward. This is a part-time, three-month internship starting in November 2026.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations.
- Follow up with hiring managers to gather feedback on introduced candidates.
- Review candidate lists for fit with role, location, and salary criteria before sharing them with clients.
- Keep candidate statuses, notes, and next steps accurate.
- Identify recurring operational challenges and suggest improvements.
- Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, and review the results.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Organized and dependable, with the ability to follow through across multiple tasks.
- Comfortable calling people you have not spoken with before.
- Current or recent experience in customer-facing work, coordination, recruiting, scheduling, support, or sales. Prior internship experience is not required.
- Curiosity about AI tools or automation; experience using them to reduce repetitive work is helpful.
- Available 20 hours per week for three months starting in November 2026.
- Based in Utah's Salt Lake or Utah County area, or able to commute to Salt Lake City or Lehi for in-person work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay is $20 to $25 per hour for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid in Salt Lake City or Lehi, Utah. The first one to two weeks include in-person onboarding.
