Talent Sourcer (Temp Position)

As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll proactively identify and engage exceptional talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates to meet our hiring needs. In your day-to-day, you will:
Proactively source and engage candidates via multiple sourcing channels
Maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends
Partner closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to create strong talent pools
Own your data and use it to drive improvements in the recruitment process

1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
Ability to partner and maintain excellent relationships with peers and hiring managers
Good eye for numbers and data, with the ability to extract insights from data
Work well under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
Enjoy being a team player
